JALAPENO CHICKEN1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ t. Molly McButter
1 8-10 oz. jar jalapeno jelly
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
4 cups cooked rice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken breasts in an 8 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
In a medium bowl, combine and stir together jalapeno jelly, chicken broth, onion soup mix and Molly McButter. Pour over chicken and bake for 45 minutes. Serve over rice. 4 servings
