You might know about this already, but...

...I only recently discovered this product.

Good bye Saran Wrap.  I'm using Glad Press 'n Seal from now on.

I discovered this product by accident.  Reid was told to use it to cover the Central Venous Catheter when he showered.  It stuck right to his skin and then he used some waterproof adhesive tape around the edges.  We had it left over when the catheter was removed, and I started to use it in place of Saran Wrap.

It's so much better.  Easy to use and it sticks well to the bowl.  No more struggling to get the Saran Wrap apart.  (It was forever getting stuck together.)  That doesn't happen with this stuff.

I'm now able to write the date on leftovers too.  I'm throwing out the leftover Saran Wrap.

I thought I'd share my new find with you.  That's my tip for today. :)

  1. I've tried that before. I always end up wanting to smack it...but maybe I'm not using it right!

  2. Thanks for the tip Betty! I'll have to check that out. I'm so bad about leftovers. I forget about them because I too busy.

  4. I used to use the Saran Wrap Classic which was nice and thick, but since I can't find that anymore, maybe I'll give the Press and Seal a whirl.

  7. Thank you for the tip, Betty :-). That's such a sweet picture of your dad and his siblings when they were young and strong. Why do we have to get old? And the kitties....every time I think about losing Stray Cat, I just start crying. I really regret not trying to trap her.
